Verdify

Privacy

Privacy policy.

Last updated: July 10, 2026.

Verdify collects only the information visitors choose to provide, such as contact inquiries, risk-check results, workflow discussion scheduling details, and workflow context. Website forms send submitted context to Verdify for review and follow-up. We use that information to respond, qualify workflow needs, and manage consulting conversations.

Do not send secrets, regulated data, customer records, or confidential operational details through public website links. Verdify treats web, email, documents, and attachments as untrusted until reviewed.

Scheduling for a workflow discussion is handled through a hosted scheduler. Qualified consulting conversations are handled through Verdify's follow-up process after a visitor books a conversation or sends context.

Website analytics

Verdify uses Google Analytics on the public website. It loads when a page opens and measures page views and common site interactions such as CTA clicks, form interactions, downloads, scheduler opens, and scroll depth. Verdify's analytics events do not include the contents visitors type into workflow, message, name, or email fields.

Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device, network, and interaction information under Google's privacy policy. Verdify disables Google signals and ad-personalization signals in the site configuration and uses the measurement for website analytics rather than advertising personalization.

Verdify retains inquiry and workflow context only as long as needed to respond, qualify the opportunity, manage operating records, and satisfy legal or operational obligations. To ask about website privacy, contact [email protected].
