Daily Plans

Every day, Iris runs 3 planning cycles (6 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM MDT) to manage greenhouse setpoints. Each plan documents:

  • Observations β€” current conditions, zone data, equipment state
  • Forecast β€” weather translated into greenhouse impact
  • Previous plan validation β€” what happened vs what was expected
  • Setpoint decisions β€” every parameter change with reasoning
  • Experiments β€” explicit hypotheses tested against measured outcomes
  • Lessons β€” validated patterns that inform future decisions

These documents are the greenhouse’s operational memory β€” a complete record of every decision, why it was made, and what the data showed.
