Daily Plans
Every day, Iris runs 3 planning cycles (6 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM MDT) to manage greenhouse setpoints. Each plan documents:
- Observations — current conditions, zone data, equipment state
- Forecast — weather translated into greenhouse impact
- Previous plan validation — what happened vs what was expected
- Setpoint decisions — every parameter change with reasoning
- Experiments — explicit hypotheses tested against measured outcomes
- Lessons — validated patterns that inform future decisions
These documents are the greenhouse’s operational memory — a complete record of every decision, why it was made, and what the data showed.
